Times Square

Still Life III   oil on linen   36" x 48"   2008

There is complexity at the "crossroads" of the world.  One can hear horns honking outside the quiet contemplation of a conversation over a glass of wine.  There is the hint of lights blinking and the promise of adventure.  Some are seen rushing to flee the overwhelming cage that is the city.  It seems a stage that anyone might act upon.
